Welcome to Hom-Tour. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hom-Tour website, mobile application, and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt to use Hom-Tour. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Hom-Tour is a technology platform that displays property listings, virtual tours, and related information provided by third-party developers and brokers. Hom-Tour is not a licensed real estate broker, developer, or financial advisor. We do not own, sell, lease, or manage any properties listed on the Platform, and we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer/renter and a developer or seller.
Virtual tours, including AI-generated visualizations of off-plan properties based on developer-provided CAD plans, are intended to give buyers a general sense of layout, scale, and design. They are illustrative and may differ from the final delivered unit in terms of finishing, materials, furniture, and minor structural details. Hom-Tour makes reasonable efforts to ensure listing accuracy but does not guarantee that any listing, price, availability, or delivery date is fully accurate or current, as this information is supplied by third-party developers and brokers.
Developers and brokers who list properties on Hom-Tour must be verified and agree to our separate Developer Partner Agreement. Hom-Tour reserves the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of Egyptian real estate regulations.
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
All content on the Platform — including the Hom-Tour name, logo, virtual tour technology, AI models, software, and design — is the property of Hom-Tour or its licensors and is protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, or rewards partners. Hom-Tour is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, and your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hom-Tour makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, virtual tour, pricing information, or AI-generated recommendation. Property investment decisions should always be independently verified with the relevant developer and, where appropriate, with the assistance of a licensed real estate attorney or financial advisor.
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Hom-Tour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses related to property transactions conducted with third-party developers or brokers found through the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hom-Tour, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, developer partners, or Hom-Tour.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
